World Health Organization. The Atlas to Heart Disease and Stroke

The World Health Organization (WHO) in collaboration with the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) produced The Atlas of Heart Disease and Stroke for the policy makers, national and international organizations, health care professionals and the general public. The atlas covers the global epidemic of heart disease and stroke in six parts: cardiovascular disease; risk factors; burden; action; the future and the past; and world tables.

Woven With Elders: Pacific Islander Vaccine Toolkit (PICA-WA)

Woven with Elders is a vaccination toolkit created for and by Pacific Islanders. The free toolkit provides beautiful graphics, easy-to-read fact sheets, and responses to frequently asked questions regarding COVID-19 vaccinations in order to protect our Pacific Islander communities, and was developed through a partnership with Kaiser Permanente and the collaborative dedication of the Pacific Islander Community Association of Washington (PICAWA), Papa Ola Lokahi, and the United Territories of Pacific Islanders Alliance Portland (UTOPIA PDX).
