Immunization Action Coalition – Vaccine Information Statements
The Immunization Action Coalition (IAC) works to increase immunization rates and prevent disease by creating and distributing educational materials for healthcare professionals and the public that enhance the delivery of safe and effective immunization services. Vaccine Information Statements (VISs) are information sheets produced by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). VISs explain both the benefits and risks of a vaccine to adult vaccine recipients and the parents or legal representatives ofvaccinees who are children and adolescents. Federal law requires that VISs be handed out whenever certain vaccinations are given (before each dose).

The Association of Asian Pacific Community Health Organizations (AAPCHO) has published in-language flyers titled, "How to Do a COVID-19 Test: Using QuickVue At-Home OTC COVID-19 Test," in 21 languages. The materials were originally developed by Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers (Mass League). Asian Services in Action, Inc. adapted in-language flyers on QuickVue at-home testing kits.

Island Liaison, Inc.
We are a nonprofit organization based in Arizona that serves as a resource for educational and cultural enrichment, as well as health and government services locally to the Pacific Islander Community. For over five years, Island Liaison, Inc. has served Pacific Islanders with a focus on people from the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau collectively known as the Freely Associated States (FAS). The FAS islanders living in Arizona are here in the U.S. under an Agreement of Compact of Free Association (COFA) which allows them to reside and work in the U.S. and are lawful present qualified non-citizens. These Islanders are not eligible for many federal or state services and Island Liaison links them with locally available health and human services programs and educational opportunities.
