Hope Clinic is a community health center that was established by the Asian American Health Coalition in 2002, and later certified as a Federally Qualified Health Center in 2012. Hope Clinic serves low-income, vulnerable, isolated Asian communities in Houston, Texas.
Island Liaison, Inc.
We are a nonprofit organization based in Arizona that serves as a resource for educational and cultural enrichment, as well as health and government services locally to the Pacific Islander Community. For over five years, Island Liaison, Inc. has served Pacific Islanders with a focus on people from the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau collectively known as the Freely Associated States (FAS). The FAS islanders living in Arizona are here in the U.S. under an Agreement of Compact of Free Association (COFA) which allows them to reside and work in the U.S. and are lawful present qualified non-citizens. These Islanders are not eligible for many federal or state services and Island Liaison links them with locally available health and human services programs and educational opportunities.
