Philippine Health Initiative for Research, Service, and Training (PHIRST)
The Philipine Health Initiative for Research, Service, and Training (PHIRST), based at Brown University, is an initiative to improve the health of Filipinos and Filipino-Americans. This initiative was started to centralize efforts designed to improve the health and well being of Filipinos and Filipino-Americans at Brown University and academic partners. PHIRST conducts research in an effort to improve Filipino health across the US and world.
