APICAT for Health

APICAT for Health's mission is to assist and build Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander communities through culturally competent leadership, education, advocacy for social and health equity.

Apicha Community Health Center

Apicha Community Health Center is a federally qualified health center based in New York City, providing comprehensive primary care, preventive health services, mental health, and supportive services to Asians and Pacific Islanders, Latinos, African Americans, and other people of color. Apicha CHC specializes in serving individuals who are often marginalized, particularly those who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender, as well as people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS.

Arab Community Center for Economic and Social Services (ACCESS)

ACCESS (Arab Community Center for Economic and Social Services) is the largest nonprofit, community-based organization created to assist the Arab American population adapt to live in the United States. ACCESS is based in Dearborn, Michigan and serves a diverse community in the greater Detroit region.

Asian American Research Center on Health (ARCH)

The Asian American Research Center on Health (ARCH) is a collaboration between researchers, community leaders, and clinicians in the San Francisco Bay Area that aims to create an environment to promote health and health equity in Asian American communities. ARCH publishes a variety of multilingual patient educational materials for Asian American communities.

Asian American Resource Center (AARC)

The Asian American Resource Center (AARC) is a nonprofit organization, established in 1995 that provides educational, mental, physical health, informational, and developmental programs to Asian Americans and other ethnic groups who are low-income and vulnerable in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties.

Asian American Senior Citizens Service Center (AASCSC)

The Asian American Senior Citizens Service Center (AASCSC) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1989 that provides care to the Asian American elderly in Orange County, CA.

Asian Health Initiative (AHI)

The Asian Health Initiative (AHI) was established by Tuft Medical Center in collaboration with the South Cove/Chinatown Neighborhood Council in 1995. AHI identifies public health issues of particular prevalence or concern to the local Asian community and works with community-based organizations to address health issues in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner.

Asian Pacific Community in Action (APCA)

Asian Pacific Community in Action was established in 2002 to meet the health-related needs of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islanders in Arizona. APCA provides culturally competent in-language care empowerment and enabling services to low-income limited English proficient Asian American, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander and emerging communities throughout Arizona.

Asian Pacific Health Foundation

The Asian Pacific Health Foundation (APHF)'s mission is to advance health and wellbeing for underserved communities in San Diego. APHF provides health education and free community health screenings for health needs unique to the Asian American Pacific Islander community.
