The American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin represents a conglomeration of more than 80,000 practicing physicians in the United States. The website of this group serves as a forum to facilitate and enable Indian American physicians to excel in patient care, teaching and research and to pursue their aspirations in professional and community affairs.

Asian & Pacific Islander Caucus for Public Health (APIC)

Asian American Psychological Association (AAPA)

The Asian American Psychological Association (AAPA) was founded in December 1972 by a group of Asian American psychologists and other mental health professionals to advocate on behalf of Asian Americans as well as advancing Asian American psychology. From these beginnings in the 1970’s, the AAPA struggled in its growth from a handful of active members located in California to a national organization with nearly 400 members in 1995.
